Nottingham Passion Play

Stafford Passion Play

In Your Area featured the Stafford Passion Play before the free performances held over the Holy Week of Easter.

This Easter, the streets of Stafford will be filled with crowds, laughter and raw emotion as the Passion of Jesus visits the county town.At the invitation of Love Stafford, there will be four open-air performances of Saltmine Theatre Company’s highly acclaimed contemporary Passion Play.

Jesus wears contemporary costume and walks down the high street in Stafford with his hands tied behind him and two men in ceremonial dress marching before him with drums. A crowd of people are following them.
